The REALTOR® Code of Ethics is a lengthy document that includes numerous standards of practice. It’s also a living document, so REALTORS® are required to review the Code on a regular basis. Currently every 2 years. It was every 4 years until a change took effect Jan. 1, 2017.

What happens if you do not complete Code of Ethics training? Your REALTOR® membership will be suspended for the January and February immediately following the cycle deadline. If you still do not complete the training, your membership will be terminated starting Mar. 1.
